Halloween Caramel Apples Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 juicy apples
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag of individually wrapped caramels
  • 6 craft sticks
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Halloween Caramel Apples 

Method:

Wash the apples and remove the stems. Push the craft sticks into the center of the apple where the stem used to be.  

Lightly butter a cookie sheet

Unwrap all the caramels and place them in a microwave safe bowl with the 2 tablespoons milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir once.

Take bowl out of microwave and allow to cool a bit.  

Roll each apple in the melted caramel quickly, and then set on the buttered cookie sheet to cool.

Place cookie sheet of apples into the refrigerator to cool more rapidly
